Geo Technical Investigation (a) To conduct Soil Investigation as per IS 1892, IS 2131, IS 6403, IS 1448 & IS 2720 :- Drilling of 150mm diameter bore holes, depth of bore holes 3.5 m to 15 RM on different location at approx 'A'. Performing the standard penetration test (STP). First at 1.0m rest of the every 0.5m of interval depth, and determining the 'N' values of the same interval as given STP. Following lab test to be conducted on disturbed soil samples at 1mtr interval relevant specifications of IS 2720. (i) Sieve analysis & Grain size distribution by sieve analysis & hydrometer test. (ii) Atterberg limits. (iii) Natural moisture content. (iv) Partical size analysis test. (v) Bulk density/dry density. (b) Following lab test to be conducted on undisturbed soil sample relevant specification of IS 2720. (i) Natural moisture content. (ii) Bulk Density. (iii) Speciic gravity. (iv) Free swell index and swelling properties of soil. (v) Organic matter in soil if any. (vi) Consolidation test (compressed index value). (vii) Tnaxial compression test and determination of shear parameters (C & O test) as per relevant IS. (viii) Harmful salt (complete investigation as already ref). (c) Ground water table & HFL:- (i) Maximum and minimum levels of ground water in the area with source of information. (ii) Ground water table observed during the investigations. Calculating the safe bearing capacity (SBC) of the soil at defferent depth and size and shapes depending on the soil parameters at different settlement and with the recommendation to adopt the type of foundation with the analysis of above data as per IS 456 and as per IS 13920. (d) Analysis of liquefaction potential for earthquake as per Zone-IV of IS:1893-2016 (Part-i) Total no of bore hole = 30 No

Geo Technical Report (b) Preparation of detailed Geo Technical Report mentioning the SBC and other soil parameters for foundation design purpose, and other needed parameters.

Topography Survey (c) Site visiting, performing the topographical survey with total staion machine showing all buildings roads or any other features taking levels of the ground preparation and proving drawing showing all features level at 05.00 m intervals with contour lines.

TPT & Equipment (d) Charges for mobilisation & demobilisation of our team and soil testing machines & equipment labours and technician for the collection of soil samples.
