Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar panel single door floor mounted and wall/pole mounted outdoor type, as per IP-65 grade, made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick of size 540x525x200mm with aluminium bus bar 250 Amps, 4 strip (3 phase) complete drilled, insulated with colour coded insulation tape, mounted on insulators etc with RYB indicator, panel should be dust proof, vermin proof, powder coated , locking should be screw type, mechanical type, inter locking with 150 Amps 16 KA MCCB four pole for incomer cable, should have danger notice for 415 volts, AC, mounted on 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame having minimum 2 feet ground clearance duly embedded in and including PCC block (1:2:4) complete including termination of all incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size thimbles/lugs and glands etc and providing fixing arrangements including earthing lead fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Installation, testing, commissioning and connecting of incoming and outgoing cable connection LT feeder pillar panel is included in rates quoted.

Taking down/ out unserviceable UG cables of cross sectional area 16 to 50 Sqmm and connections and joints including pipes etc of any description laid in trenches or fixed with walls/ poles, complete all as directed. Note : Earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 3.5 core x 240 Sq mm. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Provision of suitable double crimpped lugs and glands deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Earthwork, HDPE pipe for cable protection will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole including cable protection pipe and all iron parts of 9 metre long pole complete with 2 coats of aluminium paint after cleaning all rust and dust and preparing surface with wire brush and including strips of white and red colour of synthetic enamel paint up to the height of 1.5 mtr from the bottm of the pole complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nerolac/Asian paint

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement,hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches /under roads/ crossing or fixed to wall/ pole, GI tubing light grade of size 40mm bore for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 30 above but 80 mm bore

M&L for defect rectification high tension or LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including excavation in hard/ dense soil, and returing filling, cutting of hardstanding, road as required and making goog, required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 300Sqmm three core. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified. Notes: The items like Lugs, Ferrules, suitable insulation tape, nuts, bolts if any are deemed to be included in the rates quoted and no extra payment will be done on this account. (ii) M&L for Joint if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including brick protection and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing System consisting of a Copper bonded steel rod shall have 17.2 mm dia. & minimum 10 feet length as per UL 467. The material shall have low carbon, high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.99% pure electrolytic grade copper thickness of minimum 250 microns with an exothermically welded Cu Busbar of (50X6X200mm) both tested by CPRI at 25 kA Fault Current carrying capacity. Copper Bonded Rod shall be UL listed. The manufacturer shall be RDSO approved to ensure the manufacturing capacity & capability along with the quality of the earthing rod. Along with a sealed bag of minimum 30 kg (10 kg Bag x 3) RoHS tested Earth Enhancement Compound tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity of not more than 0.12 ohm-m. It shall be a carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazardous substances. It shall be a permanent, non-corrosive material and will not leach any chemicals into the ground. It shall retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas. It shall lower an earth resistance value and shall offer a constant desirable performance. Including an Earth Pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth including taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Earth conitnuity copper coated steel conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or reccess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 8 mm dia including taking down the old one any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : 1. Rerformance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
