M & L for 3MM - Epoxy Flooirng System as per Manufacturers instructon. 1. Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants by using wire brush, grinding all sharp edges to make it flush with the surface, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Note:- All new substrate shall be allowed to cure and dry completely according to standard practice. The substrate shall be of M20 grade with VDF / IPS finish. The base should be hard & strong (minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/Sqmm). The base should be free from random cracking & potholes. Flatness of the base should be checked for level to ensure that the specified thickness of treatment can be applied over the whole area. All the expansion & movement joints should be properly cut and maintained for terminations. The preferred method of surface preparation is by mechanical means. The substrate shall have moisture content of less than 5%. This product shall not be applied on the floors that are known to have rising moisture or have relative humidity of greater that 75% at the time application. All application shall be not carried out where temperature less than 10 Deg C or above 40 Deg C 2. Priming:- Providing and applying Asian Paints SmartCare Apcoflor HFP 120/130, solvent free epoxy primer in two coats using a brush or short / medium pile roller at a time gap of 8 hrs by ensuring a uniform coating is achieved and compensated the differences in surface porosity, allowing second coat to dry for 24 Hrs, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. 3. Epoxy screed:- Providing and installing, SmartCare Apcoflor LSC3 XL high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all 3 components using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel / pin rake trowel at 2mm thickness, gently rolling the spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. 4.Top Coat :- :Providing and installing, Asian Paints SmartCare Apcoflor SL1 TC, high performance, epoxy resin flooring system by mixing all components including Pigment, using heavy duty slow speed drilling machine fixed with mixing paddle, pouring of mixed material on the primed surface and spreading it using suitable trowel at 1mm thickness, gently rolling the surface of Apcoflor SL1 TC using spike roller to remove the entrapped air, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification.

M & L for aluminium anodised suspended false ceiling fixed in repairs in the panels of size consisiting of 600x600 mm lay in tiles 8 mm thick with gypsum board on the face side and metalized polyester film on backside as granular pattern of saint gobain/Armstrong/ equivalent; with aluminium anodised angle 30 x30 x 2 mm fixed along the wall and main and cross tees of size 31.75 x 31.75 x 1.6 mm screwed along side of walls fixed with wooden plugs and hanging from existing slab/ steel truss including 6 mm dia GI wire suspended adjustable level from rafter purlins(length as per site requirement) including complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for making/ cutting opening in the ceiling of the required size and shape for fixing light fitting, cat walk and provision of neccesary scaffolding for complete work at maximum height of 8mtrs etc, complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete, and material & labour for 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm including exterior wall care putty over new surfaces Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also deemed to be include for the provision of dubbing of the surface and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.and applying all as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement

Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Note: No extra Payments against any item will be done and deemed to be included in quoted rate and Size of Opening will be considered for shutter size, Scaffolding if required shall also be deemed to be included in this item.

Note: The Grills shall be of Model DG-102/DG-104 of Make Deco or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

M&L for 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/rubber beading in square/rectangular size as required in each pane for Partition/Door/Window/Ventilator and similar works etc.
