Design, Fabrication and Supply of Double Skin Floor mounted Air Handling units of Capacity 70 TR - SP 80 mm WG, flow 20000 CMH, horizontal type floor mounted AHU comprising fan, pre-filter of 10 micron (HDPE-Washable type), Hinged inspection door, cooling coil section with cooling coil of 8 row deep made up of copper & aluminium blue fin coating, fan section with DIDW backward centrifugal blower, return air thermostat with control wiring, foot mounted motor with star & delta starter, external panel with RYB indication & On/Off indication including power cable & control cable between AHU motor to panel, control cable for thermostat, cable for flow meter, taper lock pulley, V belt arrangement, SS 304 drain pan tray with 9 mm thick electrometric foam and plenum chamber. Double skin sandwich panels are fabricated from inside with 22 gauge stainless steel (SS 304) & outside with 22 gauge imported high polymer coated (pre-painted) galvanized sheet steel (GSS) with protection film on top. The panels are polyurethane foam injected, with PUF density of 45 kg/cub.metre, resulting in high rigidity & sound attenuation characteristics. The detachable panel thickness is 50±3 mm. Entire unit is mounted on 2.0 mm (14 G) galvanized sheet steel channels of 100 mm. height & Aluminium die cast legs with provisions of lifting holes.Other details as per the Technical specifications.

Design, Fabrication and Supply of Double Skin Ceiling Mounted Plenum of capacity 40000 CMH, Double skin sandwich panels are fabricated from inside with 22 gauge galvanized sheet steel & outside with 22 gauge imported high polymer coated (pre-painted) galvanized sheet steel with protection film on the top. The panels are polyurethane foam injected with PUF density of 45 kg/cub. metre resulting in high rigidity & sound attenuation characteristics. The panel thickness is 23±1mm. Entire unit is mounted on 2.0 mm (14 G) GSS channels of 100 mm height & aluminium die cast legs, with provisions of lifting holes and provision for three inlets and two outlets openings with volume control dampers as per the Technical specifications

Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Double Skin Ceiling Mounted Plenum of capacity 40000 CMH ( Item Sl. No. 3) at site as per the Technical specifications

Supply of following accessories as a lot required for AHU as per the Technical specifications. a) Butterfly valve of size of 80 NB along with suitable mating flanges, bolts and nuts –6 sets. b) Magnehelic gauge with nap ----- 1 Nos. c) Dial type pressure gauge with coupling and valve arrangement—2 sets. d) Dial type thermometer with thermowell— 2 sets. e) Electrically operated 3 way mixing valve with suitable flange & bolt/nuts and along with digital thermostat and control wiring--- 1 set. f) 25 NB ball valve with ½” nipple and dummy plug (provision for de-scaling the cooling coil) –2 sets in each inlet & outlet of Chilled water lines. g) Digital water flow meter with settings – 1 set. h) U –Trap, condensate drain valve and vent valve i) Dial type pressure gauge with valve arrangement for static pressure measurement - 2 set.

Fabrication and Supply of Ducting with associated works : Supply of GI ducting of 20 Gauge thickness along with thermal insulation of 19 mm thick Micro cellular closed cell Nitrile rubber insulation of class O grade faced with aluminium foil with required necessary supports as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)

Erection of Ducting with associated works at site : Erection of GI ducting of 20 Gauge thickness along with thermal insulation of 19 mm thick Micro cellular closed cell Nitrile rubber insulation of class O grade faced with aluminium foil (Item Sl. No. 6) with required necessary supports as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)

Supply of open cell nitrile rubber insulation of 15 mm thick with required necessary supports as per the Technical specifications(Restricted area)

Erection and installation of open cell nitrile rubber insulation of 15 mm thick (Item Sl. No. 8) with required necessary supports as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)

Fabrication and supply of base support “I” Beam pedestal for AHU along with isolation rubber pads (Restricted area)

Erection and installation of base support “I” Beam pedestal for AHU (Item Sl. No. 10) with isolation rubber pads as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)

Dismantling of existing AHUs, ducting and dampers in pro-rata shutdown as per EIC instruction and all dismantled items shall be shifted within 500 Mtrs. as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)

Dismantling of existing Plenum in Pro-rata shutdown and all dismantled items shall be shifted within 500 Mtr from AHU Room as per instruction of EIC as per the Technical specifications (Restricted area)
