Dismantling floor hearth / stone slabs / mosaic tile flooring or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tile in vertical surface of size 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat 10 mm thick CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured vitrified heavy duty ceramic tiles of size 40cm x 40cm x 12 mm thick, scratch and stain resistant suitable for external floor, laid over & including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Granite black colour matt finish 18-20 mm thick slab including rounding edges to exposed portion as in platforms for wash hand basin / sink table, rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid over & including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using mable dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade of granite including cutting for securing of slab,including dismantling of existing stone slab etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Demolition of un reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for sunken slabs or similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates for filling in sunken slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) over brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound finished smooth and even without using extra cement for sunken floor treatment complete all as specified & as directed (Note :- Supply only WPC will be measured & paid separately )
