Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring complete (light,fan, plug point & power complete alongwith fittings (switches, ceiling roses, tube light fittings, bulk head fitting regulator, sockets main switches, DB removing materials to store & making good of disturb surfaces of wall/floors etc complete as specified & directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FR type drawn through and including PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) and its accessories such as Tee, elbow, jointer, elbow corner etc. fixed on surface of walls, coloumns/ beams alongwith 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaire/ fan at other end including PVC folding boards or wooden boards with sunmica top for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators, accessories etc complete all as specified and directed for One light point and one fan point controlled by one, one way swtich. Make of wire- HPL/Polycab/Havells/Standard./Anchor (Switches, sockets, fan regulators and other accessories shall be measured and paid for separately).

Note : Replacement of spare parts, rewinding, painting, cable for connection etc to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part mentioned here in after.

Taking down, strip opening, cleaning all parts and packing of Table/cabin/Air circulating fan/ wall mounting fan of any make and size and greasing ball bearing with specified quality grease and re-assembling the Table/cabin/Air circulating fan/ wall mounting fan as a one unit and fixing Table/cabin/Air circulating fan/ wall mounting fan in position and re-commissioning the same including making electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of spare parts, rewinding, painting, cable for connection etc to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part mentioned here in after.

Stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as required, fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan/table fan/padestal fan with blade of any make and size given hreunder from E/M yard or taking down from site, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpentine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff/strip type) replacing unserviceable providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type) replacing unserviceable / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacity shackle insulator, canopy, nuts, bolts, earthing, screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard and hanging at site in position complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Bush, bearing, capacitor, and canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only but fixing is included in this items)

PVC insulated flexible cable of size 40/0.0076 three core copper conductor cable from geyser to 15 amp socket/ Metal clad complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Base assembly of geyser with inlet and outlet pipe made out of copper base plate with gasket and proper size of nuts, bolts & washers etc suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser as in replacement complete all as specified and directed.
