High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes designed to meet the requirements of the Underground Water System. Conform to the latest specifications laid out in IS Code 4984 PN10 or equivalent standards, This comprehensive service includes not only the provision of the HDPE pipes but also their professional installation, involving the laying and jointing of pipes through various methods such as Electro Fusion, Moulded, Fabricated, and Butt Welding. The HDPE pipes will be skillfully laid and jointed in accordance with the highest industry standards, will be expertly employed as appropriate to ensure watertight connections throughout the system. The comprehensive service extends to the provision of all necessary connections to fulfill the requirements of individual plots. Will include high-quality Brass or PE Service Saddle, Compression MTA's (Male Threaded Adapters), FTA's (Female Threaded Adapters), and Compression End Caps. Each house will also be furnished with a 20mm diameter HDPE pipe measuring 2 meters in length. For the systematic management of water distribution within each zone, the service will include the installation of Butterfly Junction Valves. These valves will be Covered with square covers designed to withstand substantial loads of up to 2.5 metric tons. The installation process is completed, until rigorous testing and commissioning activities have been conducted. This ensures the functionality, reliability, and durability of the entire system.
