Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5sqm each and making good to disturbed surfaces and removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4.0sqm each and making good to disturbed surfaces and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete fixed to frames all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame for cupboard of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm butt hinges, type B-21, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised & fixed to PVC door complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made white colour 3- TRACK UPVC SLIDING WINDOW are made of UPVC extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm ( + 0.2 mm ), Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame ( 109 mm x 52 mm ), Sliding sash ( 80 mm x 47 mm ), Sliding interlock ( One vertical length in each shutters ) ( 43.5 mm x 50.5 mm ), Glazing bead ( 22 mm x 4.5 mm ) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket,1.5 mm (+ 0.2 mm) thick, galvanized steel Frame ( 29 mm x 18 mm )2nos.,Sliding sash ( 28 mm x 17 mm ), Sliding mesh sash (29mmx13mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasteners. complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding glazed window upto 1.50m height made of (small series) frame 50 x 42.5 mm & sash 32 x 54 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.20 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised steel wire cloth. 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with steel wire staplescomplete all as specified & directed.
