Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be corrosion resistant epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. Providing and fixing of Double skin Insulated sheeting system with top sheet shall be of color coated zincalume/galvalume coated trapezoidal profile sheet, having nominal 980-1020 mm effective cover width and nominal 28-30 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in four to five pan at nominal 195-250 mm centre-to-centre and having thickness of minimum 0.45mm Base Metal thickness (BMT)/0.5mm Total coated thickness (TCT) of Grade 550MPa. The feed material for top & liner sheet is manufactured out of minimum 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with zinc-aluminium alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc)) AZ150 (Min. 150gms/sq.mt total on both sides)as per AS 1397 ( & of approved color ) oven-baked steel quality paint coat as per AS/NZS 2728 of TATA BlueScope Steel or JSW or ISPAT or BHUSHAN STEEL make or equivalent system . The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35μm, comprising of nominal 20μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by Engineer-In-Charge. The top profile sheet shall be roll formed to required lengths to suit shop drawings as approved by Engineer-In-Charge. Top Sheets shall be fixed to subgirt of 1.5mm,& same shall be fastened with nominal 40 μm zinc coated or nominal 25 μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw Class 3 fasteners of approved make (Buildex / Landmark / Corroshield or equivalent) with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. The fastener size shall be calculated as per the design or manufacturers recommendations. Internal Liner sheet shall also be screwed through ribs/crest only to purlins / girt with screws as per above mentioned specifications & the fastener size shall be calculated as per the design and approved by EIC.For roof fixing, screws should be placed through crest. The contractor is to take approval on the sheet profile, design and installation methodology before installation of the sheets from the Engineer-In-Charge. Top sheet and bottom sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer details on the back of the sheet at regular intervals for confirming genuinity of the material. The steel manufacturer’s test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted to the Engineer In Charge prior to installation. The two sheets shall have a layer 100 mm thick Glasswool Non-combustible grade (2 layers of 50mm each) 48 Kg/m3 density insulation with one side FSK/Al foil. The entire Double skin system is installed over the structure purlin. GI subgirt of 1.5mm thick 50x100x50mm required in between the sheets to hold the outer sheet. Supply & Installation of Multi cell/tight cell Polycarbonate Panel System of minimum thickness 12mm of approved colour and shade confirming to specifications mentioned below: Panel will be minimum 12mm thick single panel. The weight of the panel will be 2500 - 2650 gram per square meter. Panel Width shall not be less than 600 mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. The panels shall be uniform in color with an integral Tight-Cell core. Panels shall be manufactured with Vertical Standing Seam at both sides of the panel. Snap-on connector to interlock the panels shall have a grip-lock locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Panel shall be factory sealed/end welded panels with additional End-cap/Aluminium U-Profile (mill finish) for ends. Panels shall be co-extruded UV protected. Panel shall be co-extruded with special anti glare compound to make it anti-glare/soft light to prevent glare and sun streaks. All ridges will be covered with ridge capping as approved. The polycarbonate panels shall be bent to required profile (linear or curvilinear) and fixed in position, to the structural steel framework, using self-driving self-tapping screws, Aluminium or other profiles, accessories etc. as per the approved architectural drawings. For payment purpose the area of finished polycarbonate sheet fixed in position shall only be measured.

The item includes the cost of getting all the structural and functional design including shop drawings checked by a structural designer, dully approved by Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working structural glazing as specified, cleaning and protection till the handing over of the building for occupation. In the end, the Contractor shall provide a water tight structural glazing having all the performance characteristics etc. all complete as required, as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.
Note:- 1. The cost of providing extruded aluminium frames, shadow boxes, extruded aluminium section capping for fixing in the grooves of the curtain glazing and vermin proof stainless steel wire mesh shall be paid for separately under relevant items under this sub- head. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area of structural glazing (including width of grooves ) on the external face shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places. Note:- 2. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course (leveling course to be paid separately).
