Tenderer Should have at least Rs.2500 lakhs Average Annual Turn Over for the last three (3) Financial Years preceding last date of Submission Of Bid(i.e, FY 2022-23, FY2023-24, FY2024-25,) CA certified Financial Statements and balance sheets on Turn over should be submitted for Proof

Tenderer/Manufacturer of the tenderer from whom MAF is submitted must be an ISO 9000 /CE registered Company and OEM should have Direct registered own Service Centre placed in Bengaluru, Karnataka of India Copy of ISO/CE certificate shall be submitted, local presence proof

Tenderer shall submit Copy of GST and PAN Registration Certificate and submit the GST and IT Clearance of last 3 years (i.e, FY 2022-23, FY2023-24, FY2024-25,) Copy of GST and PAN registration Certificate

Bidders who have been blacklisted / debarred by Tender Inviting Authority or blacklisted/ debarred by any State Government or Central Government Department/Organization/ Board/Corporation as on date of bid due date are not eligible to participate in The tender Under taking from the authorized signatory of the bidder shall be submitted

LED Video wall and LED Videowall Controller must be from same OEM. Data sheet to be attached in the technical bids

The Authorized Signatory signing the Bid on behalf of the Bidder should be duly authorized by the Managing Director (or)Board of Directors in case of the Company and Director (or) Partner(s) (or) Proprietor in case of LLP/Partnership/proprietorship respectively to sign the Bid and the Contract on Their behalf. Certificate from the Managing Director (or)Board of Directors incase of the Company and Director (or) Partner(s) (or) Proprietor in case of LLP/Partnership/proprietorship of the Bidder certifying that the Bid signatory is authorized to do so.

MAF from OEM to be Submitted Duly stamped & signed MAF

1. The LED Video wall, Video wall Controller and CMS (content management system) Software should be from the same OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) 2. CE as per EN55032, FCC as per EN standards and UL/CB/ETLasperIEC62368. (not mandatory) (or) 3. BIS Certificate (IS-13252) for proposed LED display is mandatory for OEM, BIS of LED and controller need to be submitted at time of Technical Bid Submission 4. Undertaking for Make In India(MII) as per amended Public Procurement policy dated 16.09.2020 and its subsequent amendments Certificates to be attached at the time of bidding in technical bids. Bids without undertaking for KARNIK are liable for rejection BIS Certificate for proposed solution should be on Indian OEM name.

The company must have experience in developing content management software and supply LED outdoor/indoor digital display board Copy of Experience Certificate issued by any Govt/Public sector/Private

If the firm/agency shall process valid Indian news paper society INS Certificate for creative designing and advertising weightage may be given Documents to be produced along with the bid.
