Construction of 20 users Septic tank to carry sewage and sullage water, with RCC (1:1.5:3), B-1 Roof Slab all as per shown in Drg No. STD 1320 (C) Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 with following specification. Excavation in any type of soil, precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) C-1 block masonary in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls of RCC (1:1.5:3), Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection Complete. Note:- (i) precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) C-1 block masonary in Walls as 700/600/500/400mm in lieu of 690/575/460/345mm respectively wherever shown in drawing. (ii) Stone boulders filling will be done in lieu of brick bats filling in lieu brick bats where ever shown in drawings.

Construction of Soak well 1.80m dia and 3.0m effective depth as specified on STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2 with following specification free board as per site requirement in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with Stone boulders of size, complete all as specified on STD 1173(C) sheet 1R/2. Note:- (i) precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) C-1 block masonary in Walls as 700/600/500/400mm in lieu of 690/575/460/345mm respectively wherever shown in drawing. (ii) Stone boulders filling will be done in lieu of brick bats filling in lieu brick bats where ever shown in drawings.

Desilting/desludging/dewatering of existing septic tanks/soakage wells of any capacity and any depth including taking out and removing sludge and accumulated solids / semi solid contents out side defence land in closed container more than to a pit of sufficient size and depth at a place 250 mtrs away from defence land and burried in ground including necessary excavacution, earth work and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, excluding fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS by using FRLS PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded,1100 volt grade copper conductor cable unsheathed type, alongwith 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & incl casing capping point wiring with accessories having ISI mark for one light/fan/bell point/5 amp indep/power point/same board controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.
