Repairs to 250KVA voltage stabilizer at LIS Trooti. The job involves disconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables). Loading the voltage stabilizer in the vehicle by using crane and suitable tools and tackle and shifting the voltage stabilizer to workshop. Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /dismantling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Dismantling/Extraction of the coils. Thereafter dismantling of the core assembly and extraction of the all burnt copper wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles. Rewinding of copper wire of the superior quality and then complete insulating and varnishing of coil. Assembling of the coils to make it a complete unit. Replacement of the rotor switch (2 nos.) by way of p/f of new components, replacing all the damaged /burnt components. Filling of 210 litre T.oil in stabilizer after heating of the T.oil. Re-installation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body with nuts/bolts. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to LIS and unloading of the voltage stabilizer at site by using crane Connecting power cables by p/f of new thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on load. The job involves decoupling of pump from the motor and removing the top cover, extraction of shaft and impeller assembly together with bearing bracket by using suitable tools & tackles and skilled technicians. Carriage of the impeller shaft assembly by using manual labour, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to impeller shaft assembly at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged parts. Job includes repairs to pump shaft and impeller at damaged spots by way of re metaling then finishing to proper size so the shaft and impeller should be balanced. Providing and fitting of 1 nos. bearings at driving (according to the sample size). Providing and fitting of new bushes-1 No. and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear. Fabrication of glands and studs with nuts. Repair to bearing brackets. Re-assembling of impeller shaft assembly and shifting back to site and there after lowering at proper position, placement of oil seal and closing the top cover along with P/F of new nuts, bolts and studs. Coupling the pump with the motor. P/F of gland packing. Priming the pump. Testing the pump on full load.
