TAXIWAY & APRON LIGHTING: INSET FITTINGS:

Supply of Inset Type Runway Edge Light Fitting complete with bottom box and all accessories including 2X105W halogen lamp, lens / filter, reflector etc. as required and as specified. Left Clear/Right Clear

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles, laying of secondary lead in existing GI pipe in groove i/c cutting & sealing of groove & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Dismantling of HIRL/MIRL fixtures on the existing runway circuit.

TAXI WAY

Supply of LED Type Elevated MIRL Taxiway Edge light fixtures up to 15 Watts & meeting ICAO requirments LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, complete with LED, LED driver, base plate, breakable coupling, mounting assembly, gasket, BLUE lens, one 2 pole-plug with leads etc. conforming to particular specification etc complete as required.

Installation, testing and commisiong of HIRL /MIRL elevated type (Suitable for Halogen lamp) type fittings on the existing transformer housing boxes including installation of transformer, lens, lamps gasket,nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling,isolating transformer, connection, earth connection etc. complete as required.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive two of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe, and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated System confirming to specification as required. a) 200 watts, 20/6.6 amps

b) 15 watts, 6.6 / 6.6 amps.

c) 200 watts, 6.6/6.6 amps

Supply of Connector kit suitable for use in the 5KV grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of size 6 Sq.mm/ 16 Sq.mm as required and confirming to AAI particular specifications.

Making field connections by crimping of 16 sqmm /6 sqmm sizes plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC cu. Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealent material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as reqd.

SITC of Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output anmeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring event and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required - 4.0 KW (For Taxiway)

Cutting groove of size 50mm wide and 100mm deep with saw cut machine, refilling and finishing the surface with chemical compound ,coarse sand, bitumen, etc complete as required.

Supply, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in excavated trench/Groove complete with cutting,threading, fixing with check nuts, G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required. (a) 50 mm dia

Painting of Runway/ threshold /end /turnning pad light fixtures with avition yellow & CI box with black synethic enamelled paint including making the numbering on the each lighting fitting base plate etc as required.

Providing and fixing outdoor feeder boxes of size 250X250X150 mm made out of 03mm thick MS sheet on a suitable angle iron frame of size 40 X 40 X 6mm and fixing the same in the ground with concreting with 2 holes for 50mm B class GI pipe at the bottom including painting etc. as required.

Signages:

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of guidance sign boards of various sizes (as per annexure) made of anodised 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 mmm thick aluminium back cover and 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbols should be screen printed with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made to function on both main and standby (runway/taxiway) circuits with internal control circuits i/c. installations of isolating transformers, providing secondary leads, ESNA connectors. Suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement, sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LED lights to achieve required illumination level, operated on input source of 2.5 A to 6.6 A constant current without any flickering, including its supporting legs, breakable coupling and base frame etc. complete as required as per ICAO.

Supply of Cables:

Supply of following Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification of the following sizes as required. a) Single Core 6 Sq.mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

EARTHING:

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe/DWC pipe for loop earthing etc complete as required.

APRON FLOOD LIGHTING:

Supply, installation, testing, commisioning of 150 Watt Area Light/flood LED IP66 flood light, pole mountable Flood Light for oudoor applications, suitable to operate on 230V, 50 Hz AC supply on existing Light pole, termination etc complete as required. Make: AAI approved make

Erection of G.I/steel tubular pole of length not exceeding 2.0 meters fixed into base plate through Frangible coupling, Rotatable G.I. Pole top fabricated to mount Area LIght fitting with G.I.pole in existing Isolating Transformer Housing Box along with embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape (Make: Jindal or equivalent approved make) for cable entry to C.I box etc as required, complete as per technical specifications.

Supply and Fixing of Outdoor type Electrical panel of Suitable size weather proof-IP66, pole mounted, affixed onto Suitable Bracket/Pole with frangible Coupling Base, including MS clamp with nut bolts, 4P Bus bars to terminate incoming 4 Core cable, interconnected with SP MCB's-10 nos affixed onto Dinrails, Gasket including Grouting of Suitable Size etc Complete as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass (double) compression gland and bi-metallic (aluminium & copper) lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

MISCELLANEOUS :

Providing and laying of 110 mm outer dia, PE80, PN6 rating HDPE pipe IS:4984, IS:14333 by Horizontal Directional Drilling including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway/taxiway and Roads by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines, mud mixing system, Earth movers etc. complete as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone- III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (medium duty) 500 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 116 kg (weight of cover 58 kg and weight of frame 58 kg) : With common burnt clay F.P.S.
