Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.0 and 300.2 with a lead upto 5000 m as per Techinacal Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing ready mix material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacted with 80-100 KN Smooth wheel static rollar to achieve the desired density at OMC complete as per Technical specification Clause 401. (GSB)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm to 22.4 mm sizes ( Crusher broken) to water bound macadam (WBM!!!) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (WBM!!!)

Cement Concrete Pavement : Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepaired sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2.M-30 grade coarse sand and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum. capacity and aproprete weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in a approved fixed site form work (steel chanel) laing and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing, spreading the concrete with sholves rackes, compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of conraction and expansion,construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealent dowel bars, near approches to bridge / cukvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slab for 14 days. using curing compound ( where specified ) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501

Construction of subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and techanical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterous material and disposal up to a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M-10 (1:3:6 Nominal Mix) in open foundation complete as per drawing and techanical specification Clause 802,803,1202 &1203

Brick Masonery work in cement Mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing & plastering as per technical specification Clause 600,1200 & 1203

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 coarse sand )

Providing PCC M-20 (1:2:4) archtectural coping on the top of wing / return wall . Etc. complete asper drawing and techanical spec.clause 615,710 and 1204.3.11

Provoiding and laying of Rubber moulded Zig Zag interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80 mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, spreading and moisting 30mm thick local sand on bed, filling joints with local sand etc as per technical specification clause 1504
