28 • Net Worth of the bidder at the end of last financial year 2024-25 must be positive. Audited Annual Accounts of the reference financial year needs to be submitted.

29 Bidder's capability: • The bidder must establish its capability by submitting report which must clearly mention the production capacity of the bidder as on the date of NIT submission. Bidder must also submit an affidavit regarding genuineness of the report.

30 Annual Production: • The bidder must submit Annual reports/certificate issued by CA, clearly mentioning the annual production with an affidavit in this regard during the last 5 (Five) Financial years.

31 Type test report from CPRI/NTH/ERDA Lab as per IS or any equivalent Central/State Govt. laboratory accredited by NABL will be accepted otherwise the bid shall be summarily rejected. (Within last five years) :-
