Flushing out/desilting of the bore well by using compresser hydro pressure jet for six hours air till clear the silt in the casing pipe by achiving clear water, and washing with hydro pressure jet using foam/oils, disinfecting the bore using sodium hypochloride solution and washing out till water is obtained to the required turbidity (clean water) to the entire satisfacton of Engr-In-Charge complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for water level indicator of Over Head tank balancing indicator type , including fixing and repair of air avaiation light over OH tank ,arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix star - delta starter of current rating 40 amps with up to 25 HP phase falilure, phase imbalance, phase reversal short circuit protection including voltmeter, ammeter with ON - OFF trip indication and dry run preventor complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing of all silt, dirt, mud, etc. from inside the over head tank reservoirs of capacity 50000 gallons staging, inside and out side of wall, mouth of inlet and outlet pipe, removing disposal of the same to a distance not exc. 50 m and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces including preparation of old and wet surfaces and sign, writing with white enamelled paint on black back ground, height of letters not less than 7.50cm on column showing capacity of tank and date of cleaning complete all as directed. Note for item Nos. above :- (i) Cleaning shall be done by scrapper, removing dirt with wire brush and washing with bleaching powder. (ii) The inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe of OH tank/ sump shall be cleaned properly and care should be taken to prevent entry/accumulation of sludge into pipe line by blocking mouth of pipe. Any blockage of the inlet/ outlet/ overflow pipe line shall be found to be cleared without any extra cost and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) Writing the following words with white paint on black painted back ground to match with existing size and pattern :- (a) CLEANED ON:- ---- (b) NEXT DUE DATE OF CLEANING:- ---

Taking out and lifting of existing submersible pump set of any capacity, for carrying out repair/ overhauling of pump/ rewinding motor alongwith column pipe of 50/80 mm bore with submercible cable from the bore well of depth upto 70 to 140 m and transporting to work shop, replacement of impeller, bearings , bushese ,gaskets, DOL bush, DOL sleeve, shaft key, unserviceable nuts, bolts ,washers including assembling,coupling with motor, opening, cleaning, oiling, greasing and reinstallation including testing, comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS spindle of existing size 150 mm (6"dia) duly threaded with nut (Gutka) as per sample including replacement of rubber packing with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Refill : Chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill for disinfection of drinking water, suitable for operation through recommended dosing system. (i) Replacement indication: visual & weight variation. (ii) Water contact orifice design: sealed when dry, exposed upon immersion. (iii) Operation type: Non contact, non inhalatory. (iv) Cylinder dia :2.5 inches +0.5 inches. (v) Cylinder height: Minimum 10.0 inches +0.5 inches. (vi) Operational stipulations:- (a) Heavy metal (Pb&Hg) contamination in the product media must be BDL as per AAS data. (b) Minimum volume of water disinfected by each Chlorine tablets Refill to obtain disinfection activity of 1 ppm on spot (Influent water quality variation, ambient & site condition variations apply) as per absorbance data generated at λmax 515nm. Three Hundred Fifty Thousand litres. (c) Stability: Active ingredent stabilty (when stored at 25-45 degree Centigrade temp) must be at least 98% after one year as per data generated by accelerated Stability test protocol. (d) Safety & health hazard aspects on usage of the product media for regular drinking water disinfieciton: Heavy Metal contaminants (like Mercury & lead) in product media must be below detectable limit (BDL), and the product must pass the Acute Toxicity test (to specially confirm non toxicity for mammalian cells), based on which the product must be considered safe to use for human health safety point of view and freedom from toxicity when used in drinking water disinfection in recommedned dosage. (e) The refills must ensure infrastructural safety (as per date generated by Electrolytic Conductivity (μs/cm) test protocal) and operators health safety. (f) Chlorine tablets Refill must be complaint with operators health safety considering regular exposure. The brand and make of the sanitiser must be stated and certified by a laboratory/study centre of any Govt. University.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 40548.00
