Attending maintenance of Air conditioners Unit (Split/ Window/ Tower/ Inverter types) of 1.5 Ton capacity -23 Nos, 2.0 Ton capacity - 73 Nos, 3.0 Ton Capacity - 02 Nos and 3.5 ton capacity- 03 Nos, Total = 101 Nos) by carrying out servicing of Indoor and Outdoor units of Air conditioner unit i.e water wash and chemical wash, removal of dust in evaporator, condensor fins cleaning, washing of air filters, checking of joints, weather coverings on liquid and gas line, safety valve, drain pipe flow etc., attending repairs and replacement of AC spares such as Compressor, Condsensor, capacitor, Swing Blades, Swing Motor, Blower fan, blower fan motor, Indoor/Outdoor fan blade, motor, fan bush, display unit, drain water unit, Air Filters, gas/ liquid valves, copper pipes, copper coils, insulation, contactor, relay, PCB kit, etc., other maintenance nature works, testing & commissioning, fixing of new Air Conditioner units and allied works, by engaging the following workmen including all labour charges, tools and plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost.

Engaging of one number Semi Skilled Mazdoor (SSM) in addition to above, for aassisting/ attending repairs/replacement works as and when required / on any emergency as directed by the EIC, including labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess, etc complete.

Checking of Air conditioner with pressure meter for the refrigerant availablity, top up / recharge of full quantity of gas required wirh R-22/R-32/R-410/butane,or any other gas etc., vaccumizing, pressure testing including cost of gas & all materials, GST, tools and plants required etc complete.
