Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix ) 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed

M&L use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix ) 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

M&L use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work: not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix ) 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed

M&L use and waste of formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F High strength corrosion resistant TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500, 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L High strength corrosion resistant TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500 , 5 mm dia and upto 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Spreading and leveling the soils in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base, sub floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type-B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors for receiving tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 25mm thick mastic flooring over PCC flooring using bitumen and aggregate as laid in IS 1195 : 2002 complete all as specified and ditected.

M & L brickwork with fly ash’ bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Note for Item No 23 :- (a) Fly ash bricks shall be burnt clay flyash building bricks as per IS- 13757.

(b) The rates for work curved or polygonal on plan include for all extra cutting and extra waste in the body of the work. It shall be measured as mean length of wall.

(c) Sinking of steining shall be measured separately under relevent item. Well curbs, tie-rods, etc. shall be measured under the appropriate item.

(d) bricks shall be of class designation 75 (Kgf/cm).

(e) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for all scaffolding, ladders, plant and templates required

(f) Exposed faces of brick work shall be fair.

(g) Exposed faces shall be facing with best bricks

(h) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for Plumbing to angles

(j) Forming reveals to jambs where fair cutting on exposed faces shall not be involved

(k) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for preparing tops and sides of existing walls and the like for raising and extending

(l) Building in vertical seismic reinforcement at the jambs of openings, corners of walls, etc.shall be grouting in cement mortar 1:4

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on Fair Faces of Brick masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats i.e 10mm thick in cm (1:4) in first coat and 5mm thick in cm (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructions as finishing coat on Brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 35 to 37 :- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for the following:- (a) Preparing the surfaces.

(b) Scoring surface of plastering for key, where the surface is not required to be finished fai

(c) Curing of plastered surface.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying three coats of cement based paint, including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/ path/ hardstanding including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted for forged in to spike, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters, walk ways railing framed work for water tanks similar work confirming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Note for item No 48:- (a) All synthetic enamel paint shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e ) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints of 110 mm bore fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed

S & F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, complete all as specified and directed

Note for Item No 61 & 62 :- (a) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer.

(b) Glass or other filling in panels shall be measured separately under relevent item.

M & L for 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazed with oil putty in square fixed with steel window/ventilator of area not exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised wire netting, 20mm mesh size, made of galvanised steel wire of 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified below:-

(a) Brushing the roof surface with water

(b) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement while the concrete is green.

(c) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried.

(d) Providing APP modified water proofing as approved by GE weighing not less than 3kg per sqm unrolled over the bituminous coated surface with 100mm over laps, the overlap shall be sealed by flame as per manufacture instructions complete.

(e) Applying a coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm per sqm as per manufacture instruuction over bituminous layer complete all as directed.

Note for Item 67 :- (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

(ii) Measurements shall be for the surface of roof and vertical, curved or battered faces of parapet walls, abutments, chimney stacks, breasts, drain mouths, gutters, flashings, etc., covered with the waterproofing treatment. Turn ups and turn downs at eaves, verges, abutments, flashings, aprons, gutters, hips ridges, valleys, etc., shall be measured alongwith waterproofing treatment

(iii) Rates include for end and side laps, forming of openings, tucking in, wedging and pointing edges, tucked in brickwork or concrete fillet, all cutting and waste, and work in any position and any shape

(iv) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the manufacturers only as mentioned in PS. MOU to be submitted before commencement of work.

(v) Material shall be procured from the authorised manufacturer only.

(vi) A performance guarantee certificate and guarantee amount equal to 3% cost of WPT for 10 years shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE on completion of work as specified.

M&L 150mm thick, plain cement concrete (1:1.5:3), type A-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in plinth protection/ path/ hardstanding including making joints @ 3.00 metre intervals and at each corner, the joint shall be filled with mastic filling (to full depth) comprising of one part heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 & two parts heated sand (by volume), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3 metre in length and width of joint shall not be more than 12 mm.

S & F SS Sign board pattern (SS to SS-7), fully retro reflective sign board made of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminum composit panel) sheet framed with 40mm round SS pipe having front/back (both) side entire surface fully bonded with retro reflective sheeting of HIP (High Intensive Prismatic) grade having pressure sensitive adhesive. boarders and message as indicated cut out. Back ground in Blue and matter in white colour tape having two posts of 50mm round SS pipe 3.0mtr long including excavating post holes of 30 x 30 x 30 cm and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, in hard / dense soil getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Straining and fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type, rails, straining bolts etc including provision 10mm dia MS bars as line wire welded to fencing posts and MS flat iron for fixing fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only chain link mesh and 10mm dia round bars will be measured and paid separately. However cost of labour for fixing is deemed to be included in this item

Supply only galvanised Chain link mesh, made of 3mm dia galvanised wire, confirming to IS 2712.2003 and having zinc coating, heavy type,as laid down in IS 4826 including line wires/ binding wire etc fixed to any type of standards posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 10mm dia round bars, cut to length ,hooking ends as in wooven/ straining bar (stiches through chain link fencing between post) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

M&L PCC, type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) , precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joint' as directed) set in cement mortar(1:4), in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M & L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed or bedding layer, 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to laying.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 20 mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to laying.

M & L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of 16 to 40mm outer dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F 32 mm outer dia of pipes 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16 @ 20oC) UV stablised and anti microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, complete laid in trenches. all as specified and directed. Make : SFMC, KPT, Prince Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

Note for item No 106 :- (a) The unit rate shall include the cost of short lengths, with all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc and fixing accssories such as pipe hooks, screws clamps etc

(b ) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m distance and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium condutor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, taking down existing cable etc all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make : KEI/ Havells/ Polycab

S&F Fly ash bricks using modular bricks as in cable protection cover including taking down existing bricks of any size complete all as per specified and as directed.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as per specified and as directed. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the rate is deemed to be inclusive for additional qty of sand required to be obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and as dierced by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata, Jindal, Surya Prakash

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection all as specified and as dierced by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F ceiling rose, surface type Bakelite 65x55mm 3 terminal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sub main wiring for circuit complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100 Volt grade multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including suitable size PVC rigid conduit and accessories complete fixed surface to wall/roof/ceiling etc and including 1 run of 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100v grade multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 120 :- (a) 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm cable along with one run of 1.5 sqmm cable for earth conductor and PVC rigid conduit shall be measured as one length.

Note for Item here in above :- (a) All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing.

(b) After completion of work earthing shall be tested by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned.

(c) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. It should be caliberated from authorised company/ lab.

(d) After testing if desired earth vesistance of less than 3 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.

(e) Rate shall include 4mm dia GI wire and protection pipe of length up to 7.5m

S&F Air Termination Single Pointed Aluminium Rod dia upto 20mm and length upto 300mm including provision of Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Block 300x300x300 mm and necessary Fixing Arrangement at Roof, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : If threaded of the Rod is damaged then Contractor will be responsible for cutting of thread for fixing the Rod. Any minor repairs/ materials is deemed to be included.

S&F Galvanised Iron Tubing/Pipe 40mm bore, light grade for Strip Protection, fixed in Walls/Floors with suitable type of Clamps, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Epoxy base insulators of suitable size 40mm height for fixing GI earth strip on wall/ceiling/floor/poles etc including taking down existing one all as specified. NOTE : Quoted Unit Rate deem to be included drilling holes per Metre or as specified on GI/Aluminium/Copper Strip of any type and size.

M&L Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 No. 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal Head Screw including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F Wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS 1100 volts grade,FRLS cable and incl PVC Casing Capping with accessories in wall/roof/ceiling/hangar steel frames etc incl PVC/ MS terminal boxer fabricated with 1.6mm MS sheet conceded/ fixed surface to walls covered with plastic laminated top cover 2.8mm thick fixed with cadmim plated iron screws etc and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor & connecting to common earth dolly all as specified for the following:- Make of Cable : Plaza/ Polycab/ Havells Make of Conduit :Prince/ Modi/ Presto Plast Note: (a) Switches, sockets outlets, blanking plate, Light fittngs, fans, bells & regulators will be measured and paid for separetely). (b) Connection of wire with switch, socket shall be through copper thumble (lups) only.
