M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete incl Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete incl demolition of existing concrete. all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 including demolition of stone masonry complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Laying, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 type (12.5mm) graded graded graded aggregate) in benching, Coping all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work/Block work finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on walls, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement similar work . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Prepration on new plastered or unplastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resisteant primer, incl and over two coat of wall care putty. complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.
