Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for raising of height of drain, manhole / wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 herein before but except brick

M & L for stone Walling of squared rubble uncoursed , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone Walling of squared rubble uncoursed , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:5 except stone

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick / stone surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on Brick masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall/RCC Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall/RCC Jallies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) over a coat of priming (Seal-o-Prime) on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Weather coat smooth) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but except tiles

M & L precast PCC blocks or slabs (1:2:4) mix type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregated with plain or interlocking joints, Kerb stone on road side etc as directed complete in walls setting in CM (1:6).

M & L precast PCC blocks or slabs 150 mm thick (1:2:4) mix type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregated with plain or interlocking joints, Kerb stone on road side etc as directed complete in walls setting in CM (1:6), except blocks

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete slab type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in landing, drain cover slab ( for manholes etc ) , chajjas , drain cover and shelves and similar articles with plain faces . (Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separatel.)

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands , copings, kneelers, apex stone bed plates , kerb ,water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but 6mm to 8mm dia

S&F steel frame of angle section with all requires welding and joints for the in situ casting in RCC drain covers of size as per direction at site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast RCC slab / jallies including raming of any description any in any position set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame & set in CM 1:4

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel / FRP sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof /wall covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description nototherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel work in tubular/ square/ rectangular trusses incl special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW orinduction butt welded tubes conforiming toIS 1161-1979 graded St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre- painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L- type or J- type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling galvanised chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters , nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm including line wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed.

S&F in repair mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fening (in new or old) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prearation of new steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing old bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
