Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. (Two point five zero square meter) and under and 10 to 15mm (Ten to fifteen millimeter) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a Lead of 20 metres (Twenty meters) with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un sewrviceable materials within 20 metres lead Slate roofing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a primimg coat of lead paint.In beams joists channels, angles, tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to coomo rafters and the like complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metaalic zinc coated shet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips with 0.60 mm (Zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated shet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty ) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) dia metre with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing M.S. B.P. sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm (One point sixty six to two millimeter) thick in eave board facia/ soffits/celeing including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge (base member of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats( excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 (Twenty meters) Metres lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately). For thickness of tiles upto 25mm (Twenty five millimeter) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Garsa (Kullu) stone slab 12.5mm (Twelve point five millimeter) cladding on R.C.C.surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etc.on 12mm (Twelve millimeter)Thick cement plaster 1:3 (One cement : Three sand) and jointed with cement slurry including scaffolding etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

For Elevation Work & Architecture Work computerised design by 3D technology including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing the Relief Mural with all minute detail as per approved drawing should be properly balanced from all angles and proportionate. The structure of the details contour of the art work will be made with 3mm (Three millimeter) thick 1.5 (One point five) Inch board mild steel at diffrent level (Two levels)as per the drawing and as per the guidance of the Art Consultant.The contoured structures will be filled and fixed with concrete and finished with minute detailsas per the requirment and aesthetic of the diffrent part of each Mural should be strictly as per the drawing/guidance of the Art Consultant. After finishing of the cement work the art work will be painted with all weather exterior acrylic paints and textured paint with effects as per theme and figures must be embossed all other elements as per the drawing details and also be stretched all over the wall. i) One meter length size of each alphabet “Himachal Pradesh” written on the Top with projected letter from the wall at the top and center of the gate. ii). Four big 3 D high reliefs Himachali Narsingha instrument will be required as per the design. Each 3 (Three) meter in length including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2 meter x 2 meter (Two into two meter) two relief fiberglass's ceremonial 50 year's statehood emblem including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
