Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface & Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre & applying one coat of cold bitumenous primer @ 1.20kg per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymeric memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longitudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction of roof & other vertical surfaces & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP nmodified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as speciied.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs etc complete all as specified .

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1,000 ltrs etc complete all as specified .

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 1,000 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with empxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed(Minimum weight 20 gms-210 gms)

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in repairs including taking down the existing fitting complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as specified .

Taking down cement plaster on brick concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemer on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified .

S&F in repair pillar taps 15mm dia bore fancy type with capstain heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified

S&F in repair 15 mm stop valves (angular type), cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated bib taps with crutch of butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down, steel tubing 20mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
