Sub-Head:- Earth Work

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5m. including getting out the excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m a) Hard/Dense soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm.in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 metres lift upto 1.5 metre.

Filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors i/c watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Sub-Head:- Concrete & RCC Work

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggrt 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position specific grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centerring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 c/sand: 3 graded stone agro. 20 mm nominal size.)

R.C.C. work in wall(any thickness),including attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses,fillets,column,pillars,piers,abutments,post and struts etc up to floor five level excluding cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 course sand: 3graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size)

RCC work in beams,suspended floors, roof having slope up to 15 degree landing,balconies, shelves ,chajjas,lintel,bands,plain window sill,staircase and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 course sand: 3 graded stone aggt. 20mm nominal size

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straighting,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Sub-Head:- Form-Work

Providing form works i/c centering and shuttering so as to give a rough finish, shuttering & propping etc height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m & removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete plain concrete work in:-

(a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete…………..

b) Sides and soffits of beam, beam haunchings, cantilevers, girders, bressumers and lintel not exceeding 1m in depth.

c) Flat surface such as suspended floor, roofs, landing and the like. (i) floor etc upto 200mm thickness.

d) Column pillar posts& struts ( square, rectangular or polygonal in plain)

e) Stair cases with sloping or stepped, soffits i/c risers and stringers excluding landing

f) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness), partition and the like i/c attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and the string courses and the like

Sub-Head: Brick Work

2nd class (local 1st class) brick work in foundn and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 c/sand)

Half brick masonry 2nd class (local 1st class) in cement mortar 1:3( 1 cement :3c/sand) in superstructure.

Sub-Head: Wood Work

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position -Leihao wood

P/F 25 mm thick panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows i/c bright finished brass hinges with necessary screws.-Leihao wood

Providing and fixing MS Tower bolts (barrel type) with screws etc. complete-150X10 mm

Providing & fixing M.S handles with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing 40 x 3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long i/c fixing to frames with 10 mm dia bolts nuts & wooden plugs & embedding to cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal gauge).

Sub-Head: Finishing and Flooring

12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water-proofing cement paint of approved quality on new works (three or more coats) to given an even shade.

Painting (one or more coats) with black japan to give an even shade.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved quality on wall surface.

25 mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

20 mm thick cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c. rounding of junctions with floors.

Providing & fixing on wall face G.I. rain water pipe i/c filling the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry & cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement:2 fine sand).150 mm diameter.
