SR WORK PROVIDING MASTIC ASPHALT ON WORN OUT CC PORTION, CONST OF DRAIN AT VIRATNAGAR, STREET LIGHTS AT KM 106/200, KM 108/400, KM 110/500, KM 113/00, KM 123/00, KM 124/00 AND JUNCTION IMPROVEMENT SHAHPURA-NUH SECTION OF NH-248A IN THE STATE OF RAJ.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen (PMB - 40) / industrial grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-39, 40, 41, 42, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti- skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 Sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 Cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000 C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per MoRTH specification Clause 516.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structure complete with all lift, dewatering shoring and shuttering etc. .including refilling of trenches in 25.mm layers, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus soil within a lead of 1000 meters, as per drawing and technical specification.[MoRTH Specification : Clause : 304]

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-16 & 500-17 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with Front end loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and filler as per table 500-9 with aggregates in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -507 & 112) with all lead.Grading II (13.20 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 5.40% of mix & thickness 30 - 40 mm PMB - 40 Grade.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, coarse aggregate 26.5mm nominal size aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. as per MoRTH Specification cl. 601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate (table 600-2 & 600- 3) conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 31.5mm nominal size mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved Mix design to achieve required design mix grade of controlled concrete, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler bord , separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant (Table 600-4), debonding strip, dowel bar (IS : 432 Grade-I), tie rod (IS : 1786 Fe500 or IS : 432 Grade-I) , admixtures (IS : 9103 & IS : 6925) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including joimt cutting & texturing etc complete as per MoRTH Specification cl. 602 (with flexural strengthe minimum 4.5 MPa).

Supply and erection of Galvanized Iron pole with galvanizing done in single dipping (Average coating thickness Minimum 65 Microns) Swaged tubular pole conforming to IS: 2713-1980 (part I to II) with galvanised base plate, The pole shall be made from steel tube & Pipe (IS:1141, Fe 410) including excavation of the pit and filling the same with C.C. of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) from base plate to 50 cm above ground level, with the help of steel frame not less than 40 cm dia up to 114.3mm outer dia and 50 cm beyond 114.3mm outer dia around the pole. Duly finished with cement plaster, earthing terminals, cable entry with 32 mm dia. 'B' class GI cable sleeves complete as required. of following height & designation.
