Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc.15cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase finished the surface fair and even to receive subsequent layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subfloor finished the surface even and fair to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab shall be laid on floor, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour / shade of the slab over and including 20mm thick screed bed / bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) with roughening of surface, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab shall be laid on wall / column / vertical surfaces, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour / shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick plastering / backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) with roughening of surface, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, paving, footpath etc and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.71 mm dia wire netting of galvanised steel wire of size 12 mm mesh and fixed with tinned tack of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on one side of lathing in cement mortar (1:4) in two separate layer and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on the other side of lathing finished the surface fair and even to receive putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick work or concrete surface on wall / column / vertical surfaces finished the surface fair and even to receive putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall / Column / Vertical surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer over and including 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surface of walls and applying and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer over and including 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber boarding of any description and fixed in any position secured with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping of adequate size with all accessories and PVC rectangular boxes for mounting switch socket and fan regulator etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Supply and fixing LED 1 x 20 watt security light fittings drawn through and including GI bracket of 25 mm bore, light grade, 1.20 metre long, bent to shape and fixed on wall with 02 Nos metal fashener, 10 mm size including drilling hole as requirred and connecting up with flexible copper cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to the light fittings including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down ceiling fan carefully of any sweep from its original position, dismantling the complete fan, cleaning all dust particle, applying grease for bearing, applying spray painting of synthetic enamel paint of supirior quality including filling up cavities with filler, reassembling the fan and blades and hanging the fan in same position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan carefully of any size from its original position, dismantling the complete fan, cleaning all dust particle, applying grease for bearing, applying spray painting of synthetic enamel paint of supirior quality including filling up cavities with filler, reassembling the fan and blades and refixing the fan in same position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub-main wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed two run of 4 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH), 1100 Volt grade, connected to common earth dolly as earth continuity conductor, drawn through non metallic rigid PVC Conduit of adequate size with all accessories including taking down existing burnt sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 40mm bore light grade with fittings laid in trenches or for road crossing for protection of LT underground cables including taking up/down unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting / digging of existing hard surface of cement concrete / bituminous road of size not less than 45 cm in width and 20 cm depth for laying of GI / CI pipe and making good disturbed surface by providing PCC or same materials after laying of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
