Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25)Satisfactorilycompleted (atleast 50%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work such as Asphalt road of value not less than Rs.80.45 lakhs (Workdone Certificate from not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent)

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25) Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Earthwork - 580.32cum, Embankment/Subgrade/Earthen Shoulder-1382.232cum, GSB-882.00,WMM-1272.00cum, Steel-9.22tonnes,BM/SDBC/BC/DBM/MSS-362.70cum PCC/RCC-238.02cum)

Existing Commitments work details - B-Value- should be furnished duly attested by the concerned Executive Engineer as per Standard TenderDocuments

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21 to 2024-25) on at least two financial years annual turnover of Rs. 321.82 lakh (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) Profit and loss statement and Turnover certificate from Govt Reg Chartered Accountant with UDIN

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 120.68 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (Bankers certificate issued by an nationalized /scheduled bank as prescribed in the kw4)
