Making Trenchless cable entry in heavy duty HDPE pipe (PE-80, 4kg/cm square ) of 150 mm inner dia beneath the runway cross-section (i.e. 70 mtr approx. ) and taxiway (30 mtr Approx.) etc. for cable crossing with the help of mechanized trenchless boring / drilling system upto 2.5 M depth from runway level/ ground level as per tech. specs. & as per direction of EIC.

Constricting brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 with RCC top slap 1:2:4, foundation PCC 1:4:8 with 12mm plaster and inner size 90 x 80 x 45 cm complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

SH: III EARTHING Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
