SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board / APFC panel any type and size by taking shut down,cleaning and removing of carbon particles, replacement of burnt out busbar complete and , tightening of all joints in bus bar, earthing etc and welding of broken doors including replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers and replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly and testing including painting complete all as directed by engr in charge Note:- Spare parts for LT / APFC panel will be measured and paid separately as per requirment complete all as directed

Repair/Maintenance and complete servicing of HT VCB’s including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CTC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc and complete calibration and setting as per fault level of HT VCB’s relay11 KV with suitable instrument including T&P etc complete all as directed.complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for VCB will be measured and paid separately as per requirment complete all as directed .

Repair/Maintenance and complete servicing of compact sub station of 630 Amps/21 KA 3 Sec non extensible ring main unit including Dry type transformer 315 KVA Copper Wounded and inbuilded LT penal, checking the servicbility of HT VCB and disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CTC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts for CSS/VCB will be measured and paid separately.

(g) Capacitor bank long life 3 phase 440 volts of capacity 5 KVAr (Resin filled) complete all as specified and directed

(j) Capacitor duty contactor for APFC pannel 3 phase 440 v operating coil voltage 240 volts,32 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Repair/Maintenance and complete servicing of 11 KV HT VCB control panel any size/capacity, well cleaning and de-carbonizing, including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 11 KV Epoxy resin cast indoor gun type single phase potential transformer ratio 11 KV/ 3 Accuracy class-0.5 and 3 P, burden-10 A 50 Hz, bill-12/28 and VF-1.2 Cont 1.9 or 8 hrs with PT fuse 3.15 Amp suitable for Existing 11 KV VCB make Crompton 630 Amp.compiete all as directed by engr in charge

M & L for manual scraping of old painted surface and providing spray painting as per existing colour with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of existing colour on outer surface ofincoming and outgoing of VCB including writing SM No and MES No. on VCB Body, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting of transformer 11KV/433V Indoor/Outdoor type with two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint after cleaning and scraping of old paint, oil, rust etc complete including writing SM Nos with white synthetic enameled paint complete all as per specified as directed by Engineer - in - charge of the 500 KVA to 315 KVA Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for locating under ground cable fault (HT ) within 06 hrs including Sunday or any holiday using cable fault locator machine taking all necessary precautionscomplete all as specified and directed. Note : If fault not located by the contractor within specified time a recovery of an amount of Rs. 2000/- will be recovered per day.

Supply and fixing Vaccum Interruptor , single phase, 11 Kv complete with gas as per existing in system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing power pack with batter back up suitable for HT VCB 11 KV input voltage 230/110 AC, Output 24/30/48/110/220 V DC , back up 15-20 minutes with LED Indicator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement power factor controller relay 8 step 415 Volts, AC,50 Hz to automation to power capacitor including replacement of control wiring as required at site including addition/alteration if required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S Clamps, bolt and nut approved size for HT Panels, 25x20cm size including taking out old unserviceable danger notice plate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of 11/0.433 KV Transformer capacity up to 250 KVA, after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections including transportation to work shop, drained out transformer oil, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of 11/0.433 KV Transformer capacity up to 400 KVA, after disconnecting of electric supply and earth connections including transportation to work shop, drained out transformer oil, lifting/removing of top cover of transformer & cores with chain pully blocks/crane, cleaning of sludge and washed down with the help of spray of clean oil and re-assembling of transformer with S&F of new gasket set assembly, replacement of nuts, bolts and washers as required, re filling of Transformer oil after centrifuging at satifactory dielectric strength complete after electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dihydration of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV complete including filling /top up of oil (if required) up to getting dielectric strength near 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Note: the new transformer oil will be paid seperatly under relevent items
