SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite stone slab (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new external surfaces by rubbing with sand paper to achieve smooth plastered/concrete surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of camouflage exterior grade emulsion paint over a coat of primer (Colour and design as required/approved by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper-oil-emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces by rubbing with sand paper to achieve smooth plastered/concrete surfaces of wall etc height and applying one coat of camouflage exterior grade emulsion paint (Colour and design as required/approved by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exe 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n. exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Well seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood, factory made, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick, factory made, Second class hardwood, glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, etc complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
