As per Clause 3.2(b) : To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (b) satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Building Work of value not less than Rs. 161.84 Lakhs. (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract)

The Contractor or his identified sub contractor should possess required valid electrical license for executing in any one of the last five financial year, Electrical Works of amount Rs. 17.58 Lakhs. In case of sub-contractor, consent letter for electrical work shall be enclosed by the bidder.
