Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation concrete, mass concrete, filling and sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (old size fly ash bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

~Ditto~ but 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel TMT bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork (rough finished surfaces) to sides of columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts and stanchions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of newly plastered external surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, waterning and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in base course to floor finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construciton joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'B'. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floor and pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI chain link fencing of mesh size 100mm x 100mm made of 4mm dia GI wire hot dip galvanised having zinc coating conforming to IS:2721-2003 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, staining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and two numbers of 4.50 mm dia GI line wires hot dip galvanised having zinc coating at top and bottom of fabric, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support for strengthening of chain link fencing including necessary welding, riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work (Fe-410 W Gde-E250) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specifed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide/zinc crome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for obtaining approved earth (Stablised soil) from out side of MoD land (exc. 1km and not exceeding 30km) and bring out to site and deposited for embankment /filling of craters complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work new or old, like ends of posts, backs of chowkhats etc area exc 0.10 Sqm and n.exc. 0.50 Sqm and treating with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), laid flat adjoining each other perpendicular to the direction of UG cable as protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine river sand free from sharp material as in filling in trenches for cable protection incl necessary punning and consolidation as reqd, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Depth of sand shall be measured after punning).

M & L for 6 sqmm, 2 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Material and labour for point wiring for One light/fan point with 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volt grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia or higher, ISI marked, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60 mm thick with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 6 Amp, 220 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used, single pole and neutral, 4 ways, 220 volts with 100 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of of MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volt of 63 Amp capacity, "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB, SP, AC 240 volt of 6 to 32 Amp capacity, "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

M & L for 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

M & L 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, underground cable laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (Excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

S&F Tubes "light grade" galvanised iron of 40 mm dia, laid under roads/drain, fixed to poles, walls, with flat iron clamps, bolts/ nuts/ washers and all fittings etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant toughened glass, complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistance including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, including clamps & 1.20 mtr long 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe bracket for mounting street light, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 100 mm bore old unserviceable GI/CI water pipe line of any type with all fittings from trenches, walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing for DI pipe of 100mm bore ISI marked, spigot and socketed type as per IS 8329-2000, class K-9 centrifugally cast suitable for rubber tyton joints laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Cast Iron Sluice valve with flanged ends of size 100mm dia complete with gun metal or stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber/fiber board gasket, nuts, washer etc, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for brick masonry valve pit internal size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm with one brick thick wall using sub class 'B' brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20cm thick PCC platform with 15cm off sets on every side of 1:3:6 type C-1 including plastering of internal surface and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for grouting MS frame including 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement, MS frame shall be made out of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returing filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs upto 100mm bore for spigot socketed pipes, complete all as specified and directed.
