SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS): Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling of any description of any thickness incl cement mortar bedding etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete is ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including rakingout joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as a specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 20mm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers (10mm thick each layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) and 2nd layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction for bldg height upto 4 storey incl scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. S&F PVC solid door frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick prelaminated single side PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Providing a layer of 3 mm thick APP modified pre-fabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/SQM, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyster matt membrane with butane torch application. Overlap shall be minimum 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coats of bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish @ 0.20 litre per SQM over APP membrane. (v) Sealing of all angles & abutments upstands with extra care to ensure perfect bondage. Sealing of edges well into grooves & protect the seal with a polysulphide/polyurethane sealant.

S&F in repair PVC solid wall lining consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per manufacturer’s specification and instruction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
