Supply , installation, testing and commissioning including transportation at site , transformer step down out door type copper wound complete with standard fitting , LT 433 volt 3 phase 4 wire 50c/s outgoing and HT 11 kV 3 phase, incoming oil immersed naturally oil cooled 315 KVA capacity complete with first filling of adequate transformer oil with tap changing arrangement on HT side to varry secondary voltage +/- 2.5%,+/-5% and +/-7.5% complete with off load circuit taping switch drain valve diagram plate jointing material, connection etc along with fittings complete with Energy efficient level -3 as per IS-1180 part-1:2014 with amendment No 4 and BEE certified including 10% extra oil and Rail section, channel embedded in foundation of suitable size in and including PCC (1:3:6) type C- 1 plateform of size not less than 2.0 X 2.0 X 1.2 M and necessary earth work and excavation as direct or as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for fdn, laying of cable and erection of poles etc all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exceeding 3 mtr for erection of poles all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated material n.exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers , all as specified and directed at site

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M&L for HV cover to HTunderground cables class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x l80mm x 40 mm laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection cover of size 230x115x75 mm to LT underground cables with sub class 'B' over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer. (Note: The Contractor shall arrange for artifial resistive load for testng DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in the above offer). (E) Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 320 KVA DG Set. (i) Tested by NABL approved lab as per CPCB, (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board. (iii) The generating set battery should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure, however, the fuel storage shall be enough for 8 hrs continuous operation. (v) Construction Details/specification are as follows : -(a)Outer body :- CRCA Sheet of and thickness as per OEM recommendation. (b) Doors :- CRCA Sheet of and thickness as per OEM recommendation. (c) Sound Insulation :- 100 mm thick rock wool (minimum density 64kg/Cum)/ fire resistance foam/puff as per OEM/ as per standard manufacturing to achieve desired decibel level (vi) The acoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit. (vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (viii) The enclosure should be suitably internally illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. (ix) The noise level should be 75 dB at 1m under free field conditions. (x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. Supply, transportation, fixing and erection of steel tubular sewaged pole 11 mtr long complete with MS base plate ,finial taper plug nut bolts,screws as specified type 410 SP-55 as per relevant IS specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making alternate red and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos ) and removing the old U/S one complete all as specified and directed.(Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid seprately.)

Supply and fixing mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 20 mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete all as directed.

M&L for loop porcelain ,vitreous white , brown or green insulator with over all dimension of 90 mm x 140 mm ,clearence of whole 25.5 mm complete all as specifeid and as directed. .

M& L for two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator ( Single disc assembly ) of size 145 mm height, 255 mm dia ball socket type for working pressure 11 kv volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in cable route indicator for HT UG cable made out of CI plate of size 200mm dia x 6mm thick marked "HT UG CABLE MES" connected with MS angle Iron of size 1200mm length 50X6MM with GI nut, bolt and washer MS angle grouted in PCC block 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggrgeate of size 500 x600x400 mm including excavation and earth work and painting to steel surfaces with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95sqmm incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT joint box 400 A of size 1500(h) x 1500(w) x 800 (d) mm sheet thickness 3.15 mm, having stand of MS angle of size 50x50x6mm and length 600mm, 400 Amp HT bus bar and insulator, poeder coated paint after 8 tank treatment process complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI tubing light grade 100mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed .

PCC work for reinforcement support to pipe laid, cement concrete in foundation, feeling and mast conccrete with type C2 1:3:6 with 20mm aggregate including use and waste of form works..

M&L for Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron pressure pipe, class K-7 of 150 mm bore (as per IS 9523/2000, PN 10) of any length with Socket & Spigot confirming to IS: 8329/2000 (Latest amendment) ISI marked, in standard length with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside Zinc coating with finished layer of black bitumen/ blue epoxy synthetic resin laid in trenches and testing complete including titan joint gasket suitable for 200mm bore DI pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- For DI pipe fitting and accessaries will be measured and paid saparately under revent items.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200 X 1200 X 1200mm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally, external plaster shall be up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet/plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 X 40 X 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Angle iron frame work with suitable size to hold the pipe during crossing of iron over bridge,with neccssary cutting and welding etc.and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
