Dismantling & taking down ACSR/AAC conductor of any size from LT over head line and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down shackle/pin insulators of any size and type complete and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down cross arm, channel, angles, flat iron various size/shape incl nut, bolt and washers etc complete and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down GI guard wire of any size from LT over head line and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables up to proper level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus exacavated material from excavation not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Material and labour for well burnt as class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old us cable of any size from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3 ½ core 300 Sqmm XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standings by trenches technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine includings HDPE pipes of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 32x6 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as speified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing and commisioning of Bus bar box out door type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof floor mounting with hinged doors and locking arrangement front and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet including powder coated paint finish including all accessories, provision independent removevable MS plates for fixing cable glands for all sutable for 300sqmm X3.5 core UG cable incomming and out going cables and complete control wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor incuding necessary PCC foundation complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. INCOMING (a) Aluminium busbar of capacity 400 Amps with eppoxy insulated supports 3 phase and neutral -1 set (b) MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 16 KA with adjustable type - 01 No Note :- (1) Rates deemed to be included for suitable lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable. (2) The Contractor Shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval before executing the work.

Supply and fix for wiring to suitable street light fitting connection tapping from the line / connecting up from the junction box to the fitting etc with1.5 sqmm multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor including taking old cable all as directed.Note:-Two run of cable copper conductor and non metalic PVC Rigid/ flexiable conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix in repair weather proof PVC junction box approved by CPRI street light control box made out of not less than 2mm thick of size 250mm x 200 mm x 105mm (approx) complete with hinged door locking arrangement and consisting of 2 Nos of suitable size cable glands consisting of 01 No panel mounted connector 4 pole MCB 6A 10KA 01No, including connecting up with the electrical connections and fixing and clamping complete and all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection on road crossings /plinth protection with fixed to the pole wall etc along with suitable fittings for cable protection .
