M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and Preparation of plastered wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/liter and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 liter/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 liter/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion based premium quality finish exterior antifungal paint as per manufacturers instructions and complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS work incl embedding in concrete and screwing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc as directed Note : Each line wire shall be measured

Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W(Gde?E- 250) quality A grade complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
