Providing and applying protection layer on whole stone surface area for protection of stone, from weatheric action, Stone work should have coated in two or more coat of clear lacquar coat of pidilite/K2/Nippon make. The process of coating should be as followed: (i) cleaning of stone (ii) rubbing and polishing of stone (i) first coat of clear lacquar and after drying of this coat second or more coat of clear lacquar shall be applied. All this coating of clear lacquar shall be done with spray paint machine. All work shall be done in satisfactory manner and as per instruction of engineer in charge and consultant. For Payment of item the Measurement of surface will be done FLAT SURFACE AREA MEASUREMENT OF ELEVATION only

EXTRA Use finish red sandstone with appropriate carving according to drawing and design. It is necesary that whenever stone carving is used depth should be minimum 20 mm & maximum 70mm as per drawing

Red Sand Stone work plain ashlar in arches, column, beam all carved item on front face to specific design and height as provided in tender document including sunk and moulding work in cement mortar 1:3 including centring, shuttering and pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone

STONE WORK Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 meter heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto Imxim, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately.)
