1.Construction of overhead water tank(OHT) with a capacity of 30000 lit @ Senthamangalam in Visallur Panchayat sembanarkoil Block

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by Deparment officers. Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney eart(First depth of 2m)

Sand filling for foundation with clear river sand including cost of sand watering, ramming and consolidation etc complete as directed by Department officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by Department officers.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing manhole cover of size 1x1 0.75 X 0.75 M in RCC 1: 1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 5O x 5O x 6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by Department officers.

Providing GI ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 50 mm GI pipes and cowl and as directed by Deparment officers
