SPECIAL REPAIR TO PLINTH PROTECTION AND PATHWAYS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS AT AFAC COIMBATORE

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Material & Labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/hard-standing/path/Plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Cement concrete 25 mm thick, 1:2:4 , type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for subbases, floors & pavings and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick (Using Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement) in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 15 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:6 as directed .

Demolishing brick work in cement mortor manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for pre cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agrregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour 15 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. on brick/ concrete/ stone in ceilings, walls, roof slab etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 10 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
