Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in width and 1.5m depth for taking out and laying PPR pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading , leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting points in soil all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI/ PP-R pipe of undermentioned sizes tubing with all accessoreis complete all as specified and directed :-

Material and Labour for 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes of following sizes ISI marked, IS-15801 SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stablised and inner antimicrobial and outer UV stabilized fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain brass threaded polypropylene random fitting laid in trenches /walls/cellings or laying in floors incl fitting and fixture complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L for cutting existing pipe making connection of PPR distribution branch with PPR main of size 50 to 75 mm bore and inserting Tee conncetion and making fusion joint etc. complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting, welding and jointing of existing GI pipe of size 50mm complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-the rate of inclusive required necessary excavation.

M&L for carrying out leak test of outdoor unit heating plant with CO2 gas under constant pressure of 250 psi (17 kg/cm2) after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system, rectification of leakages including cutting and brazing the refrigeration system wherever required and replacement of copper tubing , flare nuts etc. reneutralising after the pressure holds good for at least 24 hrs vaccumisation charging the system with refrigerant gas , testing and commisioning of heating plant complete all as directed by engineer in charge. NOTE:- (i) Necessary copper pipes , nitrogen gas & welding works are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(ii) Refrigerant gas R-410A will be measured and paid separately

Supply and charging R-410A refrigerant gas.

M & L for opening unserviceable out door unit of central heating plant , checking the control wiring and identifying the fault & rectifying the same and placing the steel mesh at the cable entry to outdoor unit or at open space of out door unit to stop the entry of any outsider all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. NOTE:- (i) Necessary control cable & soldering works are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(ii) Power control board (PCB) will be measured and paid separaely

Supply and fixing power control board for out door unit of capacity up to 22 HP

Disconnecting the filter bed from indoor unit and cleaning the air filters , removal of complete dirt deposited inside the filter bed area by spray of scale removing agent and flushing out with air blower and refixing the same in existing position complete and replacing the minor items of the indoor unit which are not in working conditons all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace pendant controller (remote switches) suitable for 1/2/1.5/4 TR capacity split indoor unit including PCB and panel board of remote switch comprising single phase preventer, thermal relay, NO, NC coils etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace thermo Cole/ PUF insulation to refrigeration piping.

Dismantling and taking up or down old Unserviceable service cable amd LT UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying and connecting with appropriate lugs in replacement XLPE LT cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall ,using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed of following cross-sectional area :-
