REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL ROADS, FOOTPATH, ROAD FURNITURE, WALKWAYS, ROAD, SIGNAGES, HARD STANDING, KERB STONE ETC AT MISA CAMP UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified parking tiles of any colour/patern of size 40cm x 40 cm x 8 to 10 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep and in area not exc 400 Sqm incl removing n exc 50 m and staking out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with Granite, trap or Basalt crushed stone aggregate (machine crushed) grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Prepation of un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam 50mm or less consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with binder content @ 4% weight of total mix laying with mechanical pavewr rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity poweer roller complete all as specified and directed Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through National Test House, SEMT wing CME, Regional Research Labs, IITs, National Institutes of Technology, Govt Engineering College or any Govt laboratories and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadum. (ii) If actual design mix comes less than 4% binder content, then the rate of recovery of bitumen shall be as per rate in purchase vouchers per kg for the purpose of adjustment. However, no adjustment shall be made if the binder content is required more than 4%.

M&L for Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface off WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing & laying design mixed, semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-10 or VG-30, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed.
