Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) 2nd class brick (i) upto all floor level with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing wood work in frames of doors windows celerestory window and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position etc 2nd class deodar wood

P/f 12 mm thick 150 mm wide pelment with 25 mm dia wooden curtain, rods and brackets in cluding fixing 25x3 mm M.S flat at 10 cm long and plugs etc complete. Ist class indian teak wood

P/F pannelled and glazed or panneled glaze shutters for door windows and celerestory window, i/c black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick

Providing and fixing steel wire guage shutter using galvainsed MS wire gauge of IS gauge desination 85kg with wire of dia 0.55mm for doors, windows and clearestory windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with neccesary screws 40mm thick 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts as per approved specification/design.

Provding and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with M.S flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill.

P/F 19mm thick water proof termite resistant commercial board box including shelves & shutter the back side of cup board / cabinet shall be of 8mm thick ply and all the cut portions of shelves shall be finished with 6mm thick hard wood edging. The cut portion of shutters from outside shall be finished with 1mm thick lamination of approved shade i/c hinges & all accessories etc. complete as per detailed architectural drawing pertaining to job no. 195/2 to 199/1 with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 19mm thick Commercial Board water proof shutters with hard wood edging and PGI sheet lining in inside of shutter of approved size i/c bright finished iron butt hinges etc; complete as per architectural designs/ drawings for this work with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete:
