If the tenderer is Non MSEs, upload last three preceding financial years turnover certificate (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) along with copy of audited balance sheet and profit and loss accounts duly certified by Chartered Accountant & ITR for the years mentioned above as proof in this regard. b.
