Material & labour for false ceiling with GI frame work for EXPOSED GRID SYSTEM of grid size 600 mm x 600 mm, GI powder coating at bottom and comprising of GI perimeter wall angle with two equal flanges of 25 mm fixed to surrounding wall / partition using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre. Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding ventilator with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (ii) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members.
