Item No.01 Repairing, erecting, testing & commissioning of 22/3.3 KV, 5 MVA Distribution transformers comprising of the work details below….a) To & From transportation of Dismantling,oading & unloading of transformer at site including necessary crane, manpower etc. c) Unloading of transformer, opening of top cover, remove of core & coil assembly & allied work, remove of top Yoke lamination, remove of HV & LV winding, cleaning of all healthy parts,inspection of core for hot parts damage & repair to core if required. Reassembly of HV & LV winding of core, refilling of top Yoke lamination, Brazing & Crimping & insulating the leads, oven drying of core & coil assembly in vacuum oven, oil soaking of transformer, clamping of oil soakcore & coil assembly, tanking of core & coil assembly & allied works, assembly of terminal connections, assembly of accessories of transformer & filtration of oil under vacuum, assembly of transformer testing for all routine test as per IS : 2026, loading, erection & commissioning of transformer at site etc. complete d) provide new insulation for lead, inter winding connection, inter coil connections, cylinders, spacer block etc. e) replacement of gaskets, oil seals with necessary hardware, consumable material etc. f) Painting of internal wall of tank with 2 coats of hot oil resistant paint & external spray painting of transformer including OLTC & radiators with 2 coats of high glossy heat resistant paint of approved colour shade. g) Supplying & fixing oil temperature indicator. h) Supplying and fixing winding temperature indicator. i) Supply oil for top up . j) Rebate for scrap
