Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

FLOORING Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick.

ROOFING Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and applying Providing and applying structural grade long pot life epoxy bonding agent of like Nitobond EP or equivalant prior to building up of section with any type of mortar/ concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application as per the manufacturer’s specifications.The bonding agent should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 6 hours at 30 ºC. There shall not be bond failure of the specimenwhen tested by slant shear method according to BS 6319 pt 4, with concrete.

Providing and Sealing the cracks, in the concrete surface, after opening the cracks using suitable tools or saw cut in the crack, and cleaning the interior sides of the crack using sharp tools to remove all loose materials, using two component, high strength, non- sag, epoxy compound like Nitobond PC40 or equivalent inclusive of all Manpower, Material and Equipment. The micro concrete should be mixed mechanically while maintaining water, powder ratio of 0.16 strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and as per the direction of the Engineer- in -Charge.The micro concrete should develop a compressive strength of 10N/mm2 within 1 day, 40N/mm2 within 7 days and 50N/mm2 within 28 days.The cost is inclusive of materials, transportation, labour, taxes etc. all completre.

Providing and Applying a two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar of approved brand up to a thickness of 10 mm over a epoxy rasin bonding agent like Fosroc Renderoc S2 or equivalent. The cured mortar shall achieve a compressive strength of 12 N/mm² in 1 day & 45 N/mm² in 28 days with Flexural strength 8 N/mm² in 28 days. Chloride diffusion coefficient shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated Electrochemical chloride ion diffusion test method and the depth of carbonation shall be Nil after 24 hours when tested by Accelerated carbonation test. LOUVERS Providing & fixing louvers of size (450mmx300mm) at all heights with all leads- 3.5 mm thick toughened frosted glass louvers, 25 micron anodized aluminum sections for louver manufactured from best extruded aluminum sections from approved manufactures, the frame work fixed of jindal sections of minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 with standard approved fastenings or hinges as per details specifications with all the sections pretreated for removal of any rust and prevention of any further rust, M.S. Grill of required size, one primary coat of red-lead/red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per specifications and direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

VDF Providing VDF flooring for top coat of floor with dewatering of concrete by vaccum pump and sprinkling non-metallic floor hardner @ 5 kg/sqm followed by a coat of cement slurry mixed with Nitobond SBR latex or equivalent @ 1 kg over 1.25 sqmtr and 67 ml. Nitobond SBR latex. Over the levelling reinforeced cement concrete base 1:1.5:3 simulteniously casted as per specification. 10mm x 12mm groove @ 5 mtr. or equally distributed pattern to be cut and filled with Polysulphide Sealent as grouting compound. Complete and finished in all respect as per company specification and Engineer-in-charge. (The R.C.C. work will be measured and paid separetly)

UREA CORROSION RESISTANCE COATING Providing and applying a chemical and abrasion resistant, high build, two-pack epoxy-novolac system specially designed to provide a tough and impermeable high chemical resistant film at a thickness of 500 micron. The coating should able to resist wide range of chemicals both acid and alkaline having pH value 1 to 14. The cured flim should have Tensile strength 30 N/mm², Elongation 3%, flexure strength 45 N/mm², Compresive strength 95 N/mm².

Carbon Fiber Retrofitting: Strengthening structural elements with high performance, high strength carbon fibre system of min 200 GSM with Primer and Adhesive.

RECRON 3S Extra over Analysis Item C10. Providing Recron 3S shall be mixed with the approved concrete and laid over prepared subbase.
