SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) :
Providing operational & maintenance services of various E & M installations of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Residential colony Sewage Pumping (inventory detailed in Annexure "A") and Airport (Operational area, terminal building and non-operational area) including day to day operation, attending faults, complaints, Up-keep, preventive maintenance as per OEM manuals, as per “Annexure-B", maintenance & operation manual of AAI in shifts & general duty on all days around the year i/c Sundays and Holidays with safety Gear, Updating Log Books, ensuring output treated product quality chemical testing /sample analysis / corrective actions (Treatment Chemicals supplied under AICMC) confirming to Special Conditions of Contract & technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required.
All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Residential colony Sewage Pumping Airport including pumps, motors, carbon filter, sand filter, all other accessories and spare parts etc. as per OEM recommendations, preventive maintenance, break down maintenance, Servicing, Testing, Inspection, Providing required quantity of chemicals for Output Product parameters complying to Statutory Standards, Treatment Chemicals, Submission of water test report, painting of metal Structures annually complying to Statutory Standards, as per Special Conditions & Technical Specification in Tender Document etc. complete as required.
