Providing and applying of waterproofing Treatment of Expansion Joint gap/width around 50 - 70 mm around as per procedure given below - Removal of Existing SS/Aluminium sheet cover from top of expansion joint. - Removing the Upper Surface/dismantling & all filling other Surface on expansion with Gp2/plaster work & disposing the debris, dismantling plaster/concrete, Micro Cleaning the surfaces well with wire brush, Brooming, washing etc. - Filling the Backer rod of thickness 50 mm or as per site requirement in the expansion joints. - Applying the PU foam for all joints. Depth = 50 mm ( make – McCoy/Equivalent) - Applying the all joints (before or after super flash strip Self Adhesive tape fixing) 2 coat apply to black Elastomeric rick rubberized coating admixed with water, sandwiched with fiber mesh ( 50 gsm ), Make – Neoproof RC202/Asian or Equivalent - Applying super flash strip UV Resistant self – Adhesive flashing bituminous tape, width - 100 mm - 150mm,Thickness 2 -3 mm(Self Adhesive Membrane) with Flex bond adhesive ( make – STP Limited/Equivalent ) - Top coat apply to white Elastomeric rick rubberized coating admixed with water for all expansion joints, (Expansion joint gap around 50 mm-70 mm) Make – Neoproof RC200/Asian or Equivalent Re - Fixing the Existing SS/ Aluminium cover sheet on the expansion joints and complete all, Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Stainless steel grade 304 plate-1.0 mm thick as per design for expansion joints including slot on SS plate, Direction of Engineer-in-charge. Make - Jindal or Equivalent
