Demollition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including floor tiles, ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of flooring B117complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( backing, screed/plaster) any number of layers), rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface other than fair faces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick Non-skid ceramic tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match with tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.06 here in before but as in skirting etc. but over 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick designer parking/foopath tiles of size 300x300mm any colour and pattern, jointed and pointed on neat cement slurry as in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in any type of mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 to complete all as specified and directed.
