(20.1.4) Construction of Tube-well upto 100 Meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe: 200 mm dia Nominal bore
(20.2) Construction of tube-well from ground levels to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion/ rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (Part I -& II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles. The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and development work, but work would be completed after obtaining sand free water).

(20.3) Development of tube well as per IS specification using suitable compressor to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.
(20.4) Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS: 4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work.

(20.5) Supply of strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of following sizes at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985 of following nominal bore sizes at site of work

(20.6) Testing verticality of tube-well by plumbing system and yield test and draw down test by pumping system as per IS: 2800 (Part II) 1979.
(20.7) Supply and fixing of tube well cover of M.S. sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size:

(20.8) Supply and fixing of M.S. clamp set of 50 ×6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.
(20.9) Installation of submersible motor pump set in tube-well/open well complete (labour charges only) including transportation of tripod, chain pulley block & any other material required for lowering purpose.
(20.1) Providing & lowering of G.I. flange pipe B Class including rubber washer and nuts of 8 mm dia complete in all respect.
(20.10.1) 50 mm dia
(70.3) Providing & Laying of Polypropylene rope Confirming to IS:5175 for submersible pump of following sizes. complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .
(70.3.1) 12mm (suitable up to 50 mm OD pipe)
(70.6) SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .
(70.6.2.3) 150 mm diameter Submersible pump shall have following HP Rating, phase, Head range, Discharge range respectively. 7.5 HP, 3-Ø, (76 - 96)Mtr, (285-180) LPM
(75.74) Rewinding of single phase/3phase submersible motor including all necessary material and of the same characteristics as original with required size of super enamelled wire 'E' class insulation material and testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(75.75) Repairing of submersible pump of with replacement of broken impellers ,diffuser,bush/bearing set , oil seal complete with testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(PHED BSR -2023 2.18) Supply and Fixing of electric control feeder panel comprising of suitable rating MCCB , fully utomatic star-delta starter, over load relay, ampere meter with CTs, volt meter, phase preventor, suitable starting capacitors, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter (supplied by DISCOM). All these quipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 450 mm with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 5x35x5mm) duly olted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 legs, each leg's length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC lateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC Supply.

(PHED BSR -20232.2) Supply & Fixing XLPE insulated / P.V.C. sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor Armoured of IS:7098-I/1554-1 approved make in ground as per IS:1255 including excavation of 30cmx75cm size trench, 25 cm thick under layer of sand, second Class bricks covering, refilling earth, compaction of earth, making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size.
