Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :

100 mm dia pipe

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :

1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing soil, waste and vent pipes :

a) 100 mm dia. Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729.

Providing and filling the joints with spun yarn, cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand) in S.C.I./ C.I. Pipes :

Providing and fixing bend of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick, bolts and nuts complete.

a) 100 mm dia Sand cast iron S&S as per IS - 1729

Providing and fixing MS clamps with flat 20 x 3 mm to existing C.I./PVC pipeline of diamtere 75mm to 100mm with necessary serews, nails including wooden plug and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

a) Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Cleaning of sewer lines, manholes etc.,at all depths. cost includes all labour for removing the sludge, silt, slush, waste etc., from the manholes and rodding the sewer lines by mobile sewer roding equipment from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, including chokes in gully traps etc.and disposing the waste outside the compound etc.,

Cleaning septic tank by removing sewage, night soil & sludge manually and disposal of the same by mechanical means beyond the Municipality area including all labour, tools and plants etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Cleaning of open surface drain / covered drain by removing sludge, earth, mud and garbages including both side of drain for an area at top upto a width of one metre and disposal of waste as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
